loving your chickens! we have a neighbor who has chickens and they have been finding their way over here to dig in our yard lately. I have to say I am thrilled to have their visits! I did take a picture from my kitchen window yesterday, but it didnt come out good enough to post. They are the funniest animals arent they?

I actually just had a meal of chicken and waffles at a great restaurant here. Waffles with fried chicken and honey drizzled over the top..sounds like an odd combo, but the restaurant is famous for it and it is delish! I wouldn't share those waffles with those chickens....
Ok now that is just wrong somehow..LOL!...one of my favorite restaurants here specializes in good oil' fried chicken & waffles....little does your chicken friends know what happens to their sisters in some places! Giggle, giggle....have a great week....Patti M : )
When my kids were young and I used to make them a cooked breakfast every morning I adored throwing the leftover pancakes in the backyard then watching the birds out our the kitchen window while I did the dishes.

Yes:-) waffles are great chicken snacks...my son went in with a few last year and they made a big racket, flew on to him and tore his hat off, all to get the rest of the waffles :-). Lovely pictures of your chickens :-) Pam xx

Those chickens are eating better then me :( LOL's. I'm planning on getting some chickens this year...but I need to build a really nice cage for them so no cats, or other animals get to them. We have alot of wild cats around here.
