Here is a peek at the more of the "notions" that came from the rummage sale.
Some vintage millinery was a favorite find.
And lots and lots of lovely cream to white laces.
Pretty eyelet lace.
A a box full of unused vintage buttons.
There were even more fun surprises.
I'm still digging.
I think all these things found are a little "girly girl".

Oh Danielle, those buttons....oh dear...they have evoked in me the most precious memories of my mum and I walking to the notions store way back in 1965. She never drove, and had little money. But we would walk all the way down to the stores so she could get buttons such as these, to put on a little coat or dress she was making for me. Oh how precious.....
