To be Still

Sometimes (actually often times) I find myself being still.  I find appreciation and beauty when I am still.  Sometimes God speaks the loudest to my heart when it is quiet and I am willing to listen.  I always pray that I am open to what God wants me to do.  I pray that He will use me to the glory of Him.

"Be faithful in small things because it is in them that your strength lies."

Mother Theresa

I can pray and be thankful and just listen not only with my ears, but with my heart and soul.
Lately, I have been praying about something big.  Something that I am not ready to talk about.  For those of you that pray, would you mind saying a prayer for me?  Please pray that
God will clear the paths and that He will use me in the way that I am asking.

I could not thank you enough dear friends for doing this for me.

I just wanted to share with you these beautiful blue hygrangeas.  I know many of you have them in your gardens.  They do not grow where I live, so when I saw them at the grocery store, I had to pick them up and bring them home.  Each lovely flower is so breath-takingly beautiful.  Even my kitty Surprise loves them.  She loves chewing on all my house plants.  I guess I'll have to get her some new kitty cat grass to chew on instead of my plants.

I hope that you find beauty in something today that makes your heart smile and your soul sing.

xo,
Danielle

What a beautiful post my Friend! Hydrangeas are my fave. You will like this one. I planted a hydrangea last year that I got on clearance at Lowes. Our weed wacker broke so with that came some weeds. Wouldn't you know after I spoke to my Hubby and reminded him to be careful. Yup, it's amazing that they are still alive. Give a man a machine..LOL!! He'll go to town!!! So, when I saw this post, it reminded me of him. Cute cat.
PS. Two leaves are gone. LOL!!
Have a great weekend,
xxx Liz
