Daisy Love

Sometimes all it takes to make you smile is something small.

It seemed as though the theme for today's thrifting would be flowers. These vintage pillowcases were scooped up in a second.  They just make me smile.

Sending a little Daisy Love your way.

xo,
Danielle

The pilllowcases on the lower right bring me back to the room my sister and I shared when we were growing up. We had matching bedding very similar to that pattern. Sweet!

I rarely find pillow cases at my thrift stores and when I do they are not usually bright and pretty like yours. Congrats on a super find!

Oh my gosh, the one under your daisy sign almost matches your blog banner! So bright and cheerful, it's easy to see why you snapped them up!

The ones on the right (in front) were popular in the early 1970's. MyHero owned a set of them when we got married. They do make me smile-xo Diana

So precious, Danielle, and they actually make me think of you and your blog header.

While visiting with my wee ones, I showed them my friends blogs, and Elise loved yours with all of the beautiful enamel flowers and butterflies. "Where did she find all of these, Grandma?" She'd like to go searching with me one day! Got to get the 'bug' in them early!

Have a happy and blessed Sunday, my friend.
Hugs,
Donna

You are so right about the smile they put on ones face. They make me think of the sun shinning in the morning.

Beautiful pillow cases and fabrics. If I got my hands on them I would definitely make flowers out of them.
