She Has a Secret

Look what cutie found me the other day.

She may be cute but she has a secret.

I'll give you a hint.
She lives in the kitchen.

Need another hint?

She hides a certain appliance
beneath that pretty skirt of hers.

She is a vintage toaster doll.

She sits on top of the toaster when it
isn't being used.
Who wants to look at that
ugly (but necessary) appliance when you can look at this pretty face instead.

xo,
Danielle

I thought for a moment that photo was taken in my kitchen as I have the very same tin backsplash! Sadly, no toaster doll.

Hi Danielle Sweetie...
Oh thank you so much for stopping by and following my blog. I am thrilled that you found me, as it allowed me to find you as well.

Oh what a beautiful doll. I love it, and I remember one that my Grandma had in her kitchen as well. They are so fun, and yes, who wants to look at the toaster when we can smile at this little face. Love, love the pink. So FUN.

I have read through many of your posts. I see you brought home 6 babies. How are they doing? I hope you will post pics as they grown. What fun.

One day I hope to get to Prescott. I have always wanted to visit, but never seem to get out of the valley. Work ties us down here.

I look forward to many visits dear friend. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

She is so cute! I seem to remember a doll similar that someone in my family had that had a crochet dress on and sat on top of the extra toilet paper roll in the bathroom! I have the same kitchen backsplash but mine looks like stainless!
