Inside the Kaleidoscope

While in Jerome I went to this amazing shop with all sorts of kaleidoscopes.

Come on inside and I'll show you something pretty.

I saw these blown glass hummingbirds and immediately thought of my friends Donna and Debbie (who also love these birds).

There were bowls overflowing with glass orbs.  Each one different from the next.

What I really enjoyed were the kaleidoscopes.  This one was encrusted with crystals and was amazingly detailed.

Want to look inside some of these?
I'll show you what I saw.

Amazing colors.  Some of these kaleidoscopes costs thousands of dollars, but they encouraged you to enjoy and play.

My favorite shot which reminds me of a beautiful stained glass window which might be found in a church.

This was a fun place to visit.
I know next time I visit Jerome I will be back.  I hope you enjoyed looking into the kaleidoscopes with me.

xo,
Danielle

I love the colors of the kaleidoscopes - very psychedelic! I want to take my girls to "The World's Biggest Kaleidoscope" in upstate NY - now that will be something to remember! Following you in the new Linky too!

These are beautiful and you are so right - the Hummingbirds are just the most delightful! You made me think of them! Gone for the winter, for just a couple more months! These kaleidoscopes are amazing. I don't ever remember seeing any so ornate or beautiful!

Blessings,
Donna

I used to visit Jerome frequently--loved the Kaleidoscope shop as well as several others! I'd love to visit again, but instead of living 30 minutes away, I live hours and hours away!
