Making My World a Little Prettier

I found this globe the other day. The globe was nice and I loved the colors on it, but I thought it could look even prettier. I altered it a bit with some rub on decals(easy peasy).

I went a little crazy with all the butterflies but why not?  The more the merrier.

Just making my world a little prettier.

What a great idea. I see globes often at yard sales and never think of getting one. Now I can keep this in mind. Beautiful. Love your creativity.
Thanks for sharing.

That is so pretty! Very old world romantic! Makes me think of the boats that used to sail around the world to unexplored ports, and the scientists and artists who would try to draw and identify all the new plants and birds that they found in each new place.

Pretty, really pretty - love it! A Norwegian songwriter and singer, has a beautiful song about the effect on the world of something as small as the flutter of a butterlflys wings...:)

Oh how I love it when I come here and when your blog finally appears, and I see that MAGNIFICENT HEADER OF YOURS!!! WOW!

Dearest, thank you for coming to visit and to meet Koralee; she is so well-known in our blog world, but I just had to share a bit of the excitement in meeting her. YOUR GLOBE IS FASCINATING! That is NOT the kind of globe for my classroom however; it would be destroyed by curious little hands!!!

HAVE A FABULOUS WEEKEND! Anita
