A beautiful heart found on the beach...More hearts. I think someone is trying to say "I love you".

Orchid Love

I got these beauties at an orchid sale that our hospital was having today!
This lavender one is my favorite.
They remind me of little flower faces.

The orchids were so pretty. I was reluctant about taking any of these gorgeous plants home afraid that I wouldn't know how to care for it. I always heard that orchids were hard plants to take care of and hard to keep alive. I was assured by the grower that they are very easy to take care of (we shall see).

Back to Oregon

Traveling with pets is always challenging. Patches is our oldest calico. Surprise is her daughter and is also considered a senior now. Lola our dog always loves going for a ride so traveling with her is not as challenging.

We made the 1300 miles over a period of three days. I feel so bad for the cats but we made them as comfortable as possible.

We took Lola to the beach yesterday. There is no leash laws for well behaved pets so we let her run and run... She thinks she is a greyhound! I should of taken the camera but sorry, no pics of the beach. I will post some of those in a future post.

Even though I have just started blogging, I have missed it this week. Once settled I will

be better about new posts.
